We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across our projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with local laws and international standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor safety performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE practices and emergency procedures.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory safety requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and international safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are an advantage.
