We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven
Operations & Quality Executive
to join our team. This role ensures seamless fieldwork execution, accurate data delivery, and strict compliance with quality standards across all research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Operations & Data Quality
- Verify completeness and accuracy of field data
- Identify and flag any errors or inconsistencies
- Ensure data meets sampling criteria and project specifications
- Conduct random respondent validations (up to 50% as required)
- Monitor CATI and qualitative interview recordings to ensure compliance
- Maintain all quality documentation and reporting logs
- Share daily incorrect samples with the field operations team
Survey & System Validation
- Review questionnaire logic and flow before launch
- Test surveys across platforms (CAPI, CATI, Online) and devices
- Report technical or logic issues and coordinate implementation with the programming team
Reporting & Coordination
- Share progress and quality reports with the Research Department
- Coordinate with research teams to understand project scope and requirements
- Provide feedback and recommend retraining for field teams when needed
Project Costing & Admin
- Prepare cost estimates for fieldwork projects
- Calculate per-interview cost based on region, methodology, and sample distribution
- Develop and maintain pricing database for internal use
- Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and approvals
- Ensure field researchers' incentives and payments are accurate and timely
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or quality (preferably in market research)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent analytical, monitoring, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in field operations, data quality, or research support (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with research platforms (CAPI/CATI/Online) is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & reporting tools
