We're hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support business growth through efficient sales operations, client management, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Acquire and manage SME clients for freight, warehousing, and customs services.
• Liaise with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure smooth order flow.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales data.
• Develop analytical reports on performance, market outreach, and conversion rates.
• Support issue resolution, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or customer support within logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.
