Core Accountabilities

· Monitor and verify the quality of fruits and vegetables during receiving, storage, and dispatch.

· Implement and support ISO 22000, HACCP, and Quality Management System (QMS)

procedures.

· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all handling and storage

areas.

· Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and quality testing according to company standards.

· Record and update data in SAP.

· Assist in identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions

(CAPA).

· Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support training programs related to food safety, hygiene, and quality awareness.

· Coordinate and communicate with other departments and team members to maintain

workflow

Education and Certifications

· Bachelor's degree in food science, Agriculture, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

· 0-2 years of experience in a quality role within the Fruits & Vegetables or Fresh Produce sector.

· ISO Food Safety Management System)

· HACCP principles

· Quality Management Systems

· Total Quality Management (TQM)
