Role Description

To support daily operational activities across restaurant branches and assist in monitoring food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine field visits to branches to inspect cleanliness and food quality.
  • Verify proper food storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices.
  • Record operational observations and report findings to the supervisor.
  • Monitor expiry dates, equipment cleanliness, and food handling procedures.
  • Assist teams in applying operational and quality policies.
  • Participate in internal awareness campaigns on hygiene and food safety.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure food items meet required specifications.
  • Document any non-compliance or quality issues and escalate as needed.
  • Receive customer feedback related to food quality and forward it to the concerned department.

  • Bachelor certificate in food safety or public health.
