Role Description

The Senior Contract Manager role at Italconsult SpA is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role involves managing contract administration, procurement procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards. The candidate will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts, monitor project progress, resolve disputes, and manage claims. In addition, they will collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to budgetary and quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in contract management, claims management, and dispute resolution
  • In-depth knowledge of contract laws, FIDIC standards, and international contract practices
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in project management, planning, and reporting
  • Familiarity with construction and transportation infrastructure projects
  • MRICS or MCIOB certification is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Must have 15 years of experience
