Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Contract Manager located in Riyadh. The Senior Contract Manager will oversee contract management, including reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts. Daily tasks include ensuring compliance with contract terms, resolving contractual disputes, and coordinating with internal teams and clients. The role also involves risk assessment, contract execution monitoring, and managing change orders effectively to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Contract Management and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in reviewing, drafting, and executing contracts
  • Ability to assess and manage contractual risks
  • Experience in managing change orders and resolving disputes
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for working with internal teams and clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; MRICS or MCIOB certification Must
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the PMC Iconic projects is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
  • Must be MRICS OR MCIOB
