Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in the Qatif Region. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Responsibilities include setting goals, monitoring performance, conducting regular meetings, and coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives. The Team Lead will also handle any issues that arise, providing solutions promptly to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead the team to achieve tasks according to set plans.
  • Prepare accurate performance reports for management.
  • Maintain a safe and positive work environment and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Train new employees and support the development of team skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • High School degree or Above

Experience

  • 1 year of experience

Languages Proficiency

  • Fluency in English & Arabic languages
