About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Junior Inside Sales Executive
to support our IT Solutions sales team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of IT products/services, and the ability to engage with customers to qualify leads and support end-to-end sales processes.
Saudi locals and bilingual candidates are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for IT solutions and services.
  • Support senior sales team members in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity logs in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be a local Saudi candidate or currently residing in KSA with valid work authorization.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Customer Engagement roles (preferably in IT/Technology).
