Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Reservations Agent at Radisson Blu. The Reservations Agent will handle incoming guest inquiries and bookings, ensuring accurate reservations and seamless service. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing phone and email communications, updating reservations systems, assisting guests with modifications and cancellations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with reservations systems, scheduling, and database management.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team collaboration skills with a commitment to providing memorable guest experiences.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Arabic, is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
