Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Supervisor - Ceramic, based in Riyadh. The Merchandising Supervisor will manage the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies for ceramic products, oversee inventory levels, and collaborate with the retail and sales teams to meet customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, training staff on product displays, ensuring optimal stock management, and enhancing the customer shopping experience through effective merchandise presentation.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and improve merchandising performance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with team members and clients effectively
- Experience in retail and merchandise operations
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock handling
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively
- Knowledge of ceramic or building material products is an advantage
