Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser Supervisor located in Makkah. The Merchandiser Supervisor will oversee the merchandising teams, ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing, and monitor stock levels to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with store managers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and optimizing product placements to attract customers and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with team members, store managers, and customers.
  • Experience in Sales and Retail practices to execute merchandising strategies that boost product visibility and revenue growth.
  • Proficient knowledge of Marketing concepts to analyze market trends and develop innovative merchandising techniques.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and oversee multiple operations effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in inventory management tools is an advantage.
