Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architecture Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing enterprise architecture frameworks to support digital transformation, system integration, and strategic IT initiatives. The role requires deep technical and analytical knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks across business, application, data, and technology layers.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Define architecture standards, principles, and governance models.
  • Evaluate system integration requirements and oversee successful integration between platforms.
  • Support the development of architecture roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Conduct architecture assessments and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to support architecture-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed architecture documentation, diagrams, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as
    TOGAF
    or
    NORA
    (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in digital transformation projects and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud, and modern architecture practices.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
