Role Purpose

Lead strategic planning and partnerships to position SASS as the national leader in sports education and workforce development aligned with Vision 2030. Drive institutional growth through public and private collaborations, Saudization programs, and international accreditation partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SASS's strategic plan and KPIs in line with Vision 2030 and the National Sports Strategy.
  • Build and manage partnerships with gym operators, federations, and organizations to expand student placements and training pipelines.
  • Oversee B2B agreements and HRDF-supported employment programs to achieve Saudization targets.
  • Align diploma and short-course frameworks with national workforce needs and accreditation standards (TVTC, LDI, NASM, ActiveIQ).
  • Represent SASS in government and industry meetings, securing strategic alliances and sponsorships.
  • Lead institutional participation in major events and exhibitions to enhance visibility and partnerships.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly board reports summarizing KPIs across strategy, partnerships, and events.
  • Identify and develop investment opportunities in sports education, technology, and operations aligned with the MISA Sports Investment Plan.
  • Manage communication with international partners to ensure compliance, certification renewal, and academic quality.
  • Support internal alignment between academic, marketing, and partnership teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Number of signed partnership agreements and active contracts.
  • Saudization placements and HRDF-funded trainees per cohort.
  • Total number of students employed post-graduation.
  • Growth in institutional partnerships and event ROI.
  • Alignment with accreditation and compliance requirements.
  • Quarterly strategic milestones achieved.
