Job Description

– Proactively prospect and generate leads among corporate and retail clients (hotels, restaurants, offices, catering companies).

– Present and demonstrate our product range (coffee, pastries, bakery items, menu packages) to prospective customers.

– Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order terms to close sales in line with company targets.

– Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts to maximize repeat business.

– Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and monthly sales reports.

– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform promotional strategies.

– Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to coordinate sampling events, product launches, and promotions.

– Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

– Diploma degree or higher in Marketing , Business Administration or related field.

– Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience in the F&B industry (B2B preferred).

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of building trust.

– Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.

– Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel within the Eastern Province.

– Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
