, is seeking a
dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor
to join their team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
  • Manage sales performance, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
  • Prepare reports, monitor stock levels, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years of experience
    in
    retail operations or store supervision
    , preferably within the
    electronics or telecom sector
    .
  • Strong
    leadership and team management
    abilities.
  • Excellent
    communication and customer service
    skills.
  • Good command of
    English
    (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Flexibility to work on
    shifts, weekends, and holidays
    as required.
