Company Overview:
Smart Oasis was founded in early 2024 and is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company specializes in the investment, development, and operation of long-term rental apartments and hotel properties. Having successfully completed its first round of equity financing, Smart Oasis currently manages and develops over 10 projects across the Kingdom, with a vision to become a leading branded apartment operator in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project development initiatives, focusing on the acquisition of land and building assets, and identify high-potential sites and investment opportunities across Saudi Arabia;
- Oversee the full transaction process, including negotiation, due diligence, and contract execution for new development projects;
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and local authorities to support continuous project sourcing and execution.
Requirements:
- Saudi national;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills;
- Experience in land acquisition, public private partnerships, or developer relations is a plus;
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: SAR 20, ,000
- Performance Bonus: SAR 100, ,000 annually
- Career Growth: Outstanding performers may be promoted to Partner status
- Equity Incentive: Equity package worth up to SAR 1,500,000, granted over three years.
