Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Director of Operations and Business Development. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgeting and financial performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing key business metrics to drive growth, leading and mentoring teams, and maintaining efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Budgeting skills
- Analytical Skills for evaluating business metrics and performance
- Team Management and Customer Service experience
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
