About the role:

We are seeking a
highly organized, reliable, and proactive Executive Office Manager / Chief of Staff
to directly support the Chairman of a diversified Saudi holding group operating in
travel & tourism, Umrah services, transportation, hospitality, and Hajj programs

Key Responsibilities -

  • Follow up on all directives and initiatives issued by the Chairman
  • Act as a coordination link between the Group's different companies and divisions
  • Prepare
    business proposals, presentations, and internal reports
  • Draft, implement, and monitor
    internal policies and procedures
  • Represent the Chairman in meetings and official communications
  • Organize meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Manage the
    Chairman's calendar, appointments, and travel schedule
  • Maintain the
    highest confidentiality and professionalism
    in all interactions
  • Prepare
    executive summaries and periodic performance reports
  • Assist in evaluating new opportunities, investments, and internal projects

Qualifications -

  • Minimum 5 years
    of experience in an executive or office management role (preferably in a multi-sector company)
  • PMP certification
    or equivalent project management qualification is a strong plus
  • Excellent
    command of Arabic and English
    (spoken and written)
  • High proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional
    interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to
    multi-task, work under pressure
    , and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Professional appearance
    , problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail
