About the job:

Handle travel-related requests, including flights, hotels, private jets, cruises, car rentals (chauffeur and self-drive), meet and greet services, and airport transfers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including booking, inquiries, and requests) to our premium customers.
  • Assist our premium customers' needs with air, lodging, and car rental.
  • Proactively offer options to customers and follow through to ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service and product.
  • Respond to and follow up on travel and lifestyle inquiries through multiple communication channels.
  • Evaluate customers' complaints and ensure that they are dealt with expeditiously and satisfactorily, reporting service failures to the source and making recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Profile requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in tourism or a related field
  • 2+ years' experience in the Travel or concierge service industry
  • Experience with Amadeus or any other GDS (ticketing system)
  • Enthusiasm and a positive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Flexibility and ability to work on shifts.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to efficiently handle high-value inquiries
  • A good knowledge of travel and world geography
  • Attention to detail.
