We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality beverages, including coffee, mocktails, and specialty drinks, while ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate must have prior experience working in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment and be ready to join immediately or within 15 days.

Location: KSA, Riyadh

Salary: SAR 4,000 plus accommodation and transportation

Ticket – 24 months

Contract : 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, mocktails, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served.
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, coffee station, and equipment at all times.
  • Manage inventory, stock supplies, and report shortages to management.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for beverage preparation and food safety.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with product tastings and new beverage menu development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista or Bartender in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and beverage mixing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in Riyadh (preferred) for interview and food tasting.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to join immediately or within 15 days.

Working Hours:

  • As per company policy (typically 8–9 hours per day, 6 days per week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 per month
