Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Human Resources Assistant
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination across various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare employment documents, offers, and onboarding materials.
- Handle staff requests related to HR letters, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate with internal departments on employee-related matters.
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance data.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor law.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Good command of English.
