About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated 
Business Development Coordinator
 to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

This is an entry level role designed for ambitious professionals who want to learn the full cycle of business development — from research and client outreach to proposal preparation and meeting coordination.

You'll work closely with senior consultants and leadership to support client growth initiatives and help deliver new projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Research potential clients and new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client decks.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow ups, and CRM updates.
  • Assist in building partnerships and maintaining client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and operations team on ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, research, or coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and executive environment.
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Saudi Arabia.
