Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer – Security Systems to support our sales team by presenting and delivering advanced security solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent customer-facing skills to drive solution sales across industrial and enterprise clients.

Requirement
:

· Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose optimal security solutions.

· Work closely with Design team and engineer end-to-end security systems including:

· CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)

· Access Control Systems

· Intrusion Detection & Perimeter Security

· Video Analytics & AI-based Security Solutions

· Integrated Security Platforms (PSIM)

· Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.

· Provide pre-sales technical support including RFP/RFQ responses.

· Liaise with vendors, system integrators, and internal engineering teams.

· Ensure solutions comply with relevant standards and client specifications.

· Support project handover to delivery teams and assist during implementation when required.

· Stay updated on emerging security technologies, products, and market trends.

· Mentor junior sales engineers and provide technical leadership.

· Taking care of Project Invoicing and Receivables.

Qualifications
:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field).

· Arabic and English Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· 5–7+ years of experience in sales engineering or solution design for security systems.

· Strong hands-on knowledge of:

  • CCTV (IP & Analog), VMS platforms
  • Access Control systems
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE, bandwidth calculations)
  • Experience with enterprise and large-scale security projects.
  • Ability to create technical drawings, system architecture, and BOMs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
