الوصف الوظيفي:
مسؤول عن تطوير وتنفيذ مبيعات المشاريع في قطاع البناء والبنية التحتية، مع التركيز على مواسير PVC وCPVC وUPVC والمواسير الحرارية PPR، وذلك من خلال متابعة المشاريع، والتعامل مع المقاولين والاستشاريين ومالكي المشاريع، وضمان اعتماد المنتجات وتنفيذ الطلبات بنجاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- البحث والمتابعة المستمرة لمشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية في السوق.
- تسويق واعتماد مواسير PVC / CPVC / UPVC / PPR ضمن مخططات وجداول الكميات (BOQ).
- بناء علاقات قوية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والمطورين العقاريين.
- إعداد عروض الأسعار والتفاوض وإغلاق مبيعات المشاريع.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية (المخازن، اللوجستيات، الشؤون الفنية والمالية) لضمان تنفيذ الطلبات بسلاسة.
- متابعة تقدم المشاريع والتسليمات والتحصيل.
- تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة والمساهمة في نمو المبيعات.
- متابعة السوق وتحليل المنافسين والأسعار والمشاريع الجديدة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في مبيعات المشاريع داخل السوق السعودي.
- معرفة جيدة بمواسير البلاستيك PVC وCPVC وUPVC وPPR وتطبيقاتها.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات وجداول الكميات والمواصفات الفنية.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض عالية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية (يفضل).

Projects Sales Representative – Plastic Pipes Division
Job Description:
The Projects Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities within construction and infrastructure projects, focusing on PVC, CPVC, UPVC, and PPR piping systems. The role involves working closely with contractors, consultants, and project owners to ensure product specification, successful bidding, and order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up on construction and infrastructure projects in the market.
- Promote and specify PVC, CPVC, UPVC, and PPR pipes in project designs and BOQs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close project-based sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, technical, and finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor project progress, deliveries, and payment collection.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and project trends.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project sales within the Saudi construction or plumbing market.
- Strong knowledge of PVC, CPVC, UPVC, and PPR piping systems.
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼4, ﷼6,000.00 per month
