Role Overview:

The
Projects Operations Supervisor
will be, managing different stakeholders to ensure events operational excellence. Reporting to the Operations Manager. Playing a vital role in directly managing and coordinating all aspects of B2B operations .This role requires exceptional organizational skills such as communication, time management, problem solving, decision making, and attention to detail. The Operations Supervisor must have the ability to thrive in a challenging, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assist in managing vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure they meet quality standards and deliverables.
  • Efficiently support event logistics, including equipment, personnel, and materials, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in budget management, monitoring expenses and revenue to maximize profitability.
  • Identify potential issues and contribute to the development of contingency plans to address them, ensuring events run smoothly.
  • Implement and support quality control measures to guarantee high-quality event execution.
  • Contribute to post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
