Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Sales Supervisor located in Dammam. The role involves overseeing sales operations within assigned projects, developing client relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and managing contracts. The Project Sales Supervisor will collaborate with clients and internal teams, provide product recommendations, and ensure smooth project execution, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to analyze client requirements and provide tailored product solutions
  • Experience in managing sales processes, preparing proposals, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of construction materials and building solutions is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is advantageous
