Role: Head of SaaS Products

Location: KSA

Core Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap from acquisition to renewal.
  • Improve signup conversion, activation rate, and renewal rate while reducing churn.
  • Ensure merchant onboarding, support, and billing experiences work as one seamless system.
  • Build tools, systems, and automations that help merchants launch faster, sell more, and stay longer.
  • Monitor activation, renewal, and success metrics across cohorts, industries, and personas.

Requirements & Background

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or lifecycle leadership roles.
  • Proven experience owning SaaS or subscription product performance — ideally in commerce, billing, or lifecycle management.
  • Deep understanding of merchant onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention dynamics.
  • Track record of improving key metrics such as activation rate, time to first sale, churn, and renewal.
