Job Purpose:

The HSE Lead is responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring the Health, Safety, and Environmental management system at the Aramco Stadium Project site. The role ensures compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, local regulations, and company policies to promote a safe working environment for all project personnel and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan in alignment with
    Saudi Aramco HSE Requirements (GI, SAEP, SAES, and SAIC standards)
    .
  • Lead site HSE teams to ensure effective supervision and compliance with project-specific HSE programs.
  • Conduct and oversee
    risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and hazard identification processes.
  • Ensure timely
    incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis
    ; implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Plan and lead
    HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns
    for site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Conduct
    regular site inspections, audits, and HSE performance reviews
    , reporting findings to project management and Aramco representatives.
  • Interface with
    Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention Department (LPD)
    and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project safety objectives.
  • Monitor and ensure proper implementation of
    Emergency Response Plans, Environmental Management Plans, and Waste Management Programs.
  • Prepare and submit
    HSE reports, statistics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    as required by project and Aramco standards.
  • Promote a strong
    safety culture
    and serve as a role model for safe behavior and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in HSE management within
    construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects
    .
  • At least
    5 years' experience in an Aramco-approved project
    (stadium or large infrastructure preferred).
  • Aramco HSE Lead / HSE Officer approval
    or eligibility is highly preferred.
  • Certifications:
  • NEBOSH IGC
    (mandatory)
  • OSHA / IOSH / ISO 45001
    Lead Auditor (preferred)
  • First Aid / Firefighting / Environmental Management
    (advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of
    Saudi Aramco HSE standards, procedures, and systems (GI 2.100, SAEP, SAES, SAIC, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an asset).
