Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations at the Jeddah Airport branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of customer service representatives and support staff.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards.

  • Liaise with clients to address inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.

  • Implement company policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with management to develop strategies for business growth.

  • Manage inventory levels, including vehicles, supplies, and equipment.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

  • Monitor and control branch expenses within budgetary guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the car rental or hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
