ROLE PURPOSE
Oversee the development of strategic partnerships and expansion of market presence by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in order to enhance Motakamila's market position.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
Facilitate the development and implementation of strategies to increase market share and revenue while contributing to the optimization of the overall business growth.
Oversee the conduction of market research to identify trends and opportunities while informing strategic decisions and driving business development.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to improve business growth and collaboration.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of presentations to potential clients and stakeholders to effectively communicate value propositions and secure business opportunities.
Sales Management
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals to ensure a smooth and effective path to securing new business.
Set and achieve sales targets for the region to drive performance and meet business objectives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Regional Manager to support strategic decision-making by offering insights and updates.
Marketing Coordination
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that enhance visibility and drive sales.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, stay informed, and promote Motakamila's offerings.
Enhance Motakamila's brand presence in the region by creating marketing materials and sales collateral to effectively promote products and services.
Clients Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs effectively.
Address client concerns and provide effective solutions to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client meetings and feedback sessions to gather insights, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.
Educational & Professional Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or equivalent from a recognized University
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
Minimum Experience:
5 years of relevant experience in business development within the hospitality sector minimum 2 years in a supervisory level
Experience in Facility Management industry is a plus
