Junior Sales Executive

Objective
The Junior Sales Executive supports the growth of MontyPay by identifying potential clients through cold calling, conducting outdoor visits, and attending client meetings.
The role promotes MontyPay's portfolio of payment solutions including online payments, Website development, QCheck and other solutions, by generating opportunities, qualifying prospects, and contributing to building a strong sales pipeline across assigned markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients across assigned markets.
- Perform outdoor sales visits and attend client meetings to pitch MontyPay solutions.
- Follow up on generated leads and convert them into active opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Communicate MontyPay's solutions clearly
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales staff.
- Update CRM with activities, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor the sales pitch.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support the sales strategy.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on MontyPay products and industry trends.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on outreach activities, outdoor visits, pipeline updates, and progress.
- Highlight hot leads and opportunities that require management attention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
