Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor located in Riyadh. The Mechanical Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, planning costs, and reporting costs. Daily activities will include ensuring accurate cost estimations, monitoring expenditures, liaising with project teams, and ensuring budget compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting
  • Experience in preparing and managing BOQ
  • Strong skills in Cost Planning
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
