As our agency expands, we are looking for a talented Business Intelligence & Research Analyst to help lead and manage research projects, providing in-depth analysis and strategic insights that support our clients' business decisions and digital marketing efforts.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence/Research Analyst to oversee research projects from inception to final reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research, analyzing complex data, and providing strategic insights that drive decision-making across multiple industries. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the research process is smooth, timely, and provides actionable insights for our clients' marketing, communications, and product development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research Projects: Manage and execute research projects from A to Z, including defining objectives, gathering data, analyzing findings, and delivering reports.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis) to provide actionable insights, supported by graphs, statistics, and clear reporting.
  • Client Strategy Support: Work with internal teams and clients to define research goals, ensuring that the research outcomes support client business strategies.
  • Market & Digital Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and social media performance, providing insights to optimize marketing campaigns and product development strategies.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure integrated strategies. Provide guidance to junior team members and interns.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements for research methodologies, reporting processes, and data visualization tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous of experience in business intelligence, market research, or data analysis, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital transformation is preferred .
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.), survey tools, and statistical software. Experience with data visualization is required.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Client Engagement: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling way to clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-changing client needs and shifting digital trends.
