Digi Visions Technologies is hiring a
BI Lead
with 12+ years of experience to lead business intelligence development across enterprise reporting platforms. This is a fully on-site role based in Saudi Arabia for 9 months, driving BI initiatives that empower banking stakeholders with actionable insights.

Banking-Focused BI Scope

This role operates at the intersection of data and decision-making in banking environments:


• BI Tools:
Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects for enterprise reporting and visualization


• Database & Querying:
SQL and Oracle DB for data extraction and transformation


• Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDWH):
Oracle Exadata with staging, normalized, and semantic layers


• Governance & Access:
Integration with Informatica EDC and Data Quality for trusted reporting

Key Responsibilities


•
Lead BI development and reporting initiatives across Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BO


•
Design and optimize dashboards, reports, and semantic layers for banking stakeholders


•
Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure BI alignment with EDWH models


•
Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions supporting compliance and performance


•
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms


•
Mentor BI developers and analysts to elevate delivery standards

Must-Have Qualifications


•
12+ years of experience in BI development, reporting, or analytics leadership


•
Mandatory: Proven experience in banking or financial services BI environments


•
Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and SQL


•
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills


•
Ability to translate complex banking requirements into clear BI deliverables


•
GCC banking experience is a plus
