Your Day to Day

As a Spa & Fitness Attendant, you will provide attentive and professional service across the spa, fitness, and wellness areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the facilities, supporting both guests and team members. You will assist with guest requests, prepare treatment rooms and fitness spaces, and monitor the safety and condition of all equipment and amenities. You will promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns and ensure that all operating and emergency procedures are consistently followed.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or spa environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • High attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Ability to work efficiently within a large and diverse team
  • Basic knowledge of spa or fitness equipment and safety protocols is an advantage
