About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated CCTV & Access Control (ACS) Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of CCTV and Access Control systems across commercial and government sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and commissioning.
- Handle structured cabling and wiring for new and existing systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.
- Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the security systems industry (CCTV & ACS).
- Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Riyadh is essential.
- Must hold a valid Saudi driving license (own car is preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems including Hikvision, Axis, Dahua, Bosch, and Gallagher.
- Familiarity with Access Control systems from Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Assa Abloy, Genetec, and Avigilon.
- Milestone VMS experience is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle client interactions professionally.
