Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in the training sector, based in Jiddah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. The role involves creating sales strategies, mentoring and managing the sales team, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for clients. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities with experience in mentoring teams
  • Market analysis and ability to create tailored sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the training industry or related sectors is highly desirable
