We are hiring a results-driven
Sales Manager (Jeddah)
on a flexible, project-based
commission
model. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels in client acquisition and revenue growth, with
uncapped earning potential
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target key industries.
- Hunt for new business through networking, outreach, and your existing contacts.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation to deal closing.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team on project scope and proposals.
- Track and report sales performance and meet targets.
Who You Are:
- Strong sales closer with proven results.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial.
- Experience in B2B sales (automation, IT, software, or consulting preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
