Must-Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in banking application management with hands-on expertise in core banking systems
  • Strong knowledge of system integration across treasury, finance, and digital platforms
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, platform upgrades, and risk mitigation
  • Proven skills in project management and IT service delivery
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
  • Certifications: PMP / Prince2 and ITIL Foundation
  • Certification in Core Banking Platforms (Temenos, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE, etc.)
  • Certified Core Banking Professional (CCBP) credential
  • Experience supporting digital transformation and performance optimization initiatives
