Company:SJ Group (Fire & Life Safety • FM • MEP • Turnkey Solutions)Location:Jeddah (field travel in KSA) |Type:Full-time |Reports to:Managing DirectorRole PurposeOwn, build, and scale SJ Group'sFire & Life Safetyline in Jeddah: winAMCs,establish the department, and lead a 3-technician team to deliver Civil Defense–compliant inspections, testing, and reporting.Scope of Services (you'll sell & run)Fire alarm (addressable/conventional) • Water-based systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose cabinets, pumps) • Clean agent (FM-200/Novec) • Emergency/exit lighting • Extinguishers • Digital evidence packs (NFPA 72/25 aligned).Department Build-Out & Systems (new, explicit deliverables)You willdesign and implementthe Fire & Life Safety department's operating system:Organization Structure (Org Chart) & RolesDraft org chart for 2-tech field team → Supervisor → You , with growth path (additional crews, coordinator).Define JD/competencies, coverage model, backup plan, and onboarding checklist.SOPs & QHSEStandard Operating Procedures for pre-visit prep, site safety, isolations, testing sequence, restoration, documentation control, and escalation.HSE checklist for panel rooms, pump rooms, and hot works/permits.Inspection Report Procedure & FormsFinalize inspection pack : device register, pump test log, audibility log, corrective actions, calibration log, and report summary.Set evidence rules (photos, readings, file naming) and a 3-day report SLA .Proposal & Pricing SystemCreate proposal templates (EN)BOQ & device take-off sheets; assumptions & exclusions library.Visit Playbooks & SchedulingQuarterly rotation plans achieving 100% annual device coverage .Time-boxing (3-tech × 4h), overtime rules, and access/permit checklist.KPIs & DashboardsMonthly KPI sheet: pipeline, win rate, coverage %, report SLA, margin, renewals.Close-out tracker for deficiencies and parts.Acceptance Criteria (within 60 days):All above documents approved, version-controlled, and used live on at least2 AMCs.ResponsibilitiesBuild the department (org chart, hiring plan, SOPs, forms, proposal templates, visit playbooks, KPIs).Business development: pipeline in Jeddah (hotels, malls, industrial, real estate); site surveys; device take-offs; proposals; negotiation; closures.Operations: plan quarterly rotations; lead 3-tech crew; ensure NFPA-aligned evidence; coordinate partners (refills, door-fan).Compliance & admin: Civil Defense workflows/documentation; 3-day reporting SLA; on-time PO/invoicing handover; support collections.SMART KPIsCommercialNew AMCs (12 months): ≥ SAR 2 M • Win rate ≥ 25%Qualified decision-maker meetings ≥ 12/month • Proposals ≥ 8/monthRenewal rate > 85%OperationsDepartment system live (SOPs, forms, proposals, playbooks, KPIs) by Day 60 .Report SLA: ≤ 3 working days (≥ 95% compliance).Annual coverage: 100% of devices across all active AMCs (verified in Q4).Same-city callout SLA:
