Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources Operations, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing all HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and aligning HR strategies with the company's goals. Responsibilities include managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), optimizing HR processes, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Operations and general Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Experience in developing HR Strategy and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and their application
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in HR, preferably in the food distribution or FMCG industry
