About the Role:

The Industrial Refrigeration Engineer will ensure that all divisional Industrial large-scale ammonia/Freon/glycol equipment is maintained well, ensuring no loss of milk from the farms due to lack of refrigeration.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5-7 years' experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial large-scale ammonia and Freon refrigeration equipment
  • A certificate in large-scale industrial Ammonia and Freon systems, SABRO preferred
  • Should have Experience on Ammonia.
  • Should be able to oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Should be ready to work in remote locations
