Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for an أخصائي مبيعات دورات تدريبيـة (Training Courses Sales Specialist). The role involves working directly with clients to promote and sell training courses, understanding their needs, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing detailed product knowledge and guidance to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven Sales experience, with the ability to engage clients and close deals
  • In-depth Product Knowledge and a strong ability to present training course offerings effectively
  • Experience or familiarity with Training programs and methods
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a sales-driven environment
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
