Role Description

This is a full-time role for an أخصائي مبيعات دورات تدريبية (Training Sales Specialist) based on-site in Riyadh. The role involves promoting and selling training courses, understanding the needs of clients, and offering tailored solutions. The specialist will engage with potential customers, provide detailed product information, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build positive relationships
  • Proficient in Sales techniques, including the ability to identify customer needs and present suitable training solutions
  • Solid Product Knowledge to explain course content and benefits to potential customers accurately
  • Experience in providing relevant Training or consultations to clients is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales targets
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is highly desirable
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
