Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an أخصائي مبيعات دورات تدريبية at كن الرقمية | Be Group, located in Al Saudia. The Sales Specialist will focus on selling training courses, including identifying customer needs, presenting suitable course offerings, and closing sales. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on product and service offerings to ensure accurate information. Collaborative work with the sales team and other departments to achieve business goals will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and convey information effectively.
  • Customer service experience to provide a positive client experience and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Proven sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with product knowledge and training courses to offer accurate and relevant solutions.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in the training and education industry is a plus.
