About the Role:

Join Smart System as a Quality Assurance & Governance Consultant for a landmark project in Makkah. You will be instrumental in establishing and enforcing world-class quality and governance frameworks, ensuring IT operations and software delivery meet the highest standards of reliability and excellence for a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the IT Governance framework aligned with organizational goals and Vision 2030.
  • Define and execute comprehensive software QA test strategies, audit processes, and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and best practices, including ITIL, COBIT, and ISO (9001, 27001,
  • Conduct periodic reviews, risk assessments, and audits of IT projects and processes.
  • Report on quality metrics, compliance findings, and improvement recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in quality assurance, IT governance, or compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and corporate governance principles.
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
  • ITIL Foundation / COBIT
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt)

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • The ability to work full-time on-site in Makkah.
