Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Business Development based in Riyadh. The Director of Business Development will lead initiatives to identify and develop new business opportunities, create strategic plans, and establish partnerships. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing account management activities to drive growth. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and execute strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities.
- Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to build a pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
- Strong expertise in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable agreements and build long-term collaborations.
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and motivate teams and nurture professional relationships.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in AI-driven or technology-based solutions is a must.
