Administrative Correspondent

Job Purpose:
Carry out tasks related to the delivery and receipt of correspondence, letters, documents, and official transactions inside and outside the company, including dealings with banks, while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Receive letters and documents from various departments within the company.
- Deliver official letters and correspondence to external parties (governmental and private).
- Handle banking transactions such as deposits, cheques, bank transfers, and account statements in accordance with approved procedures.
- Obtain delivery receipts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Deliver received copies to the concerned department and ensure proper archiving as per company procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of documents during transportation.
- Organize and regularly update the daily schedule of external tasks.
- Carry out simple office and field procurement tasks (such as stationery and basic office supplies) and ensure delivery to the concerned departments.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the direct supervisor (such as inter-branch deliveries, parcel delivery, forms distribution, etc.).
- Fully comply with company policies and occupational safety regulations.
