B2B Office Manager

Main Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on
Office Manager
to lead and develop our field sales team focused on selling premium coffee solutions to corporate offices. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in driving new business acquisition, managing sales teams, and fostering long-term client relationships.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our customer base by ensuring effective prospecting, field execution, and customer engagement. This is a
field-oriented role
that requires active participation alongside the sales team to guide, support, and inspire them in achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, approach, and convert new corporate clients.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up on leads, client visits, and field performance through structured reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Accompany sales representatives on the field to support deal closing and assess performance
  • Foster a customer-centric culture focused on trust, proximity, and long-term loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize customer experience
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Profile

  • Proven success in new business development and managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Field-oriented mindset – comfortable working alongside the team on client visits and prospecting activities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in food & beverage, or office services (coffee, vending, water, etc.) is a strong plus.
